How Household Waste Disposal Bin Rentals Work
You can book online or call our office to schedule your bin drop off. We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding your project and the right bin size you need to dispose of any material you no longer need.
Household Waste Disposal Bin Sizes and Rates
We have a wide variety of bin sizes available for household waste disposal. Contact us if you are not sure of the bin size you need and we will help you decide. Your disposal fee will also depend on both the bin size and the kind of material you are getting rid of. Our bin rental rates start at $325 per haul.
What Size Bin Do You Need for Household Waste?
Household waste disposal projects vary widely, from a single closet’s worth of clutter to a full estate clear-out. A 4 or 10 yard bin usually covers a garage cleanout or a smaller decluttering project. A 20 or 30 yard bin is better suited for a full house cleanout bin rental, especially during a move or an estate situation where every room needs clearing at once.ย
If you are unsure how much your project will generate, describe what you are getting rid of when you call and we will help you land on the right size.

FAQ's About Household Waste Disposal & Bin Rentals
Clearing out unwanted household items or planning a home cleanout? Find answers to common questions about household waste disposal, bin sizes, accepted materials, and rental periods to help make your cleanup easier.
Household waste typically includes everyday garbage and items you no longer need, while general junk often refers to larger unwanted items such as old furniture, broken household goods, and clutter from garages or storage areas.
Both can usually be disposed of in a rental bin, although certain materials may require separate handling or have additional fees. Let Disposal King know what you’re getting rid of when booking so we can recommend the right bin and confirm what’s accepted.
The right bin size depends on how much household waste you’re getting rid of. A 12-yard bin is usually a good choice for smaller cleanouts, while an 18 or 20-yard bin provides more space for clearing multiple rooms, disposing of bulky furniture, or tackling larger household projects.
Not sure which size you need? Tell Disposal King what you’re planning to dispose of, and we’ll help you choose the most suitable bin.
Some household garbage and renovation debris can go into the same rental bin, but certain materials have specific disposal requirements.
Hazardous waste and liquids are not permitted. Sealed black garbage bags may result in additional fees, while concrete, soil, and Drywall (with exceptions, see our drywall requirements) may need to be separated.
If your project involves a mix of household junk and renovation materials, contact Disposal King before booking to confirm what can be placed together.
Disposal King offers flexible bin rentals for one-time household cleanouts and projects that require ongoing waste disposal. Whether you’re moving, renovating, or clearing out unwanted items, you can arrange a bin rental based on your needs.
Our standard rental period is typically 7 to 10 days. If you need the bin collected earlier, require extra time, or need another bin delivered, contact our team to discuss scheduling and any additional charges.
